The article contains information on formation of moral qualities of the future teachers of physical culture and sport: essence of category persons` moral qualities is specified; components and criteria of moral qualities formation of the students during educational process at sport-pedagogical institution are presented, emotionallymotivating component (emotionally-valuing reality perceiving; positive motivating for understanding the humanistic spiritual and moral values, knowledge, moral qualities); cognitive component (the presence of the knowledge about humanistic spiritual and moral values, moral personality qualities); moral-activity component (independent moral actions and deeds in moral and ethical choice situations); reflective component (adequate self-assessment, reflection); content-analysis of humanities educational disciplines content of curriculum at the college of Olympic reserve is presented; pedagogical model for the organization of the axiological educational environment in the college of Olympic reserve, which stimulates the students personality moral qualities formation, is analyzed; method of formation of the moral qualities of future specialists with sports pedagogical profile is offered by using axiological and didactic material of educational disciplines of humanity cycle, interactive teaching methods and techniques, subjectivity of the personality.
