Review of HAST and Limit Test

In this paper,the concepts and the corresponding backgrounds of HAST(Highly Accelerated Stress Test)and limit test are introduced.Some current techniques,engineering applications,test models and analytical methods,test setting and failure mechanism are reviewed.The concerning issues are pointed out. Finally,the brief trends in HAST and limit test are predicted.
