Preparation method of titanium-calcium-copper biological material

2016
The invention discloses a preparation method of a titanium-calcium-copper biological material, which belongs to the technical field of biomedical material preparation. The biological material is composed of titanium, copper as an anti-bacterium element and calcium as a bioactive element. The preparation method comprises the following steps of weighing Ti, Cu and Ca metal powder according to a component proportion, and then performing ball-milling machinery alloying; then putting in a discharge plasma sintering furnace, applying 40 to 60 MPa axial pressure, and sintering in a vacuum condition of 1 to 5 Pa; keeping the temperature of 900 to 1000 DEG C for 3 to 10 min, and cooling in the furnace to room temperature, so as to obtain the titanium-calcium-copper biological material. The titanium-calcium-copper biological material prepared by using the preparation method has the advantages of low elastic modulus (18 to 75 GPa) and high strength (450 to 880 MPa); the material contains the anti-bacterium element of Cu and the bioactive element of Ca, so that the infection of transplantation can be prevented, the cell growth can be induced by virtue of the bioactive element of Ca, the bioactivity of the transplantation is increased, and the titanium-calcium-copper biological material can be used for replacing and repairing human hard tissues.
