The aim of this article is to present the results of a process of educational innovation which has been carried out by the practicum team of social education from University of Barcelona, in two different levels: monitoring and evaluation skills transfer. The first aspect focuses on the supervision of students to develop their identity and professional role. In this context, the article presents the functions and powers of supervision behind the different stages of the process of practice.
