Rapid, one-pot synthesis of urethane-protected tripeptides

Abstract Urethane-protected tripeptides are synthesized in solution, without isolation or purification of intermediates, using urethane-protected N-carboxyanhydrides as coupling reagents and hydrogenation for removal of N-protection.
