Study on Absorption Characteristics of Cordycepin from Deserted Medium of Cordyceps militaris on Cation Exchange Resin

Static adsorption and desorption characteristic of cordycepin on six kinds of cation exchange resins were studied,and the resin of JK006 was chosen as the optimum one.The adsorption thermodynamics characteristics of JK006 cation exchange resin for cordycepin were researched and the optimum dynamic adsorption parameters were obtained.The resu1ts indicated that the adsorption equilibrium time of JK006 resin for cordycepin was 50 min.The adsorption date fit well into the Freundlich isotherm equation within the temperature range of 298～308 K and investigative concentration range.The adsorption of cordycepin on JK006 resin was endothermic and spontaneous.The best conditions of dynamic adsorption were as follow : flow rat is 0.75 mL/min,cordycepin concentration is 1.69 mg/mL.
