Clinical analysis of 19 cases undergoing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy for uterine malignancies
2008
[Objective] Analysis of the security and feasibility of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and plevic lymphadenectomy for urine malignancies. [Method] We retrospectively analysed operation time, blood loss, number of resected lymph node and early outcome for 19 cases who received laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and plevic lymphadenectomy for urine malignancies between 2002.11-2006.12. [Results] 17 cases received radical hysterectomy, 2 cases received sub-radical hysterectomy, all patients received lymph node resection. Operation time was (242.3±55.1) min, blood loss was (356.4±136.8) mL, number of resected lymph node were (19.4±3.5), the rate of organ damage was 10.5%, operation complication was 21.0%, early recurrence rate was 10.6%. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and plevic lymphadenectomy can be a treatment for early urine malignancies, which showed good early outcome, but long-term therapeutic effect was worthy of further study.
