The present invention discloses a local controlled afforestation technology in high water-level halomorphic soil area; the technology comprises that 1. the former soil layer is removed; 2. a cushion is laid; 3. a waterproof layer is laid; an infiltration pipe is laid; 4. a trickling layer is laid; 6. the soil is changed and the trickling layer is filled with coated soil which is fit for planting; 7. a guard wall is built; 8. trees are planted on the soil for afforestation and enough fresh water is irrigated in time. With the integral separation and local controlled microcirculatory system in the afforestaton area, the present invention can complete the construction of local suitable environment for afforestation and overcome the defects that with traditional afforestation technology, the salt and water drainage effect is bad and the afforestation sight can not be kept long in the high water-level halomorphic soil area; the present invention can obviously promote the afforestation level and enlarge the afforestation range.
