The present invention relates to a species of formula I as diphenylamino pyrimidine and triazine compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, hydrate or solvate thereof: wherein: A is C or N; X, Y is independently selected from hydrogen, halo, cyano, trifluoromethyl, alkoxy, alkyl, aryl cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a nitro group; or, X and Y are the atoms from which they are attached form a benzene ring or an aromatic heterocyclic ring; R is R or a CD CDCD; R R is selected from hydrogen, methyl, trifluoromethyl, cyano or halogen; R is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted and unsubstituted benzene group, an allyl or propargyl; R, R are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted and unsubstituted phenyl, allyl, propargyl; or a nitrogen atom, R and R which they are attached together form a substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl.
