The Analysis on Moving Mechanism of Rural Land Use Right

"Law on Land Contract in Rural Areas"which carried out in March 1st in 2003 consolidated and improved the rural basic management systems and confirmed legal status and long-term stability of the household contract system.Allowing the reasonable circulation of rural land contractual management right on the base of stability in household contract system is my party's core policy.This article firstly analyzes the circulation of rural land use right,and then analyzes the existing problems,at last puts forward the measures of improving moving mechanism of rural land use right targeting the problems.
