Investigation on the cognitive status of occupational haematogenous disease hazards and protection in vocational nursing graduates

Objective To understand the occupational cognitive status of haematogenous disease hazards and protection in vocational nursing graduates,in order to promote occupational protection education.Methods 486 nursing graduates in grade 2006 were investigated by cognitive questionnaire on occupational haematogenous diseases and its protection.Results The scores of occupational hazard and protection were low,with the average marks being(6.68±0.43) and(12.79±0.67),respectively.There were no differences between graduates in different levels of hospitals(P0.05).85.80% graduates needed systemic education of occupational hazard.Conclusion It is needed to adjust the setup of specialty course,to add occupational protection courses,to enhance systemic education of occupational protection and pre-post training,to establish the evaluation mechanism,to improve the level of occupational protection,and to strengthen the consciousness of occupational protection.
