Acupuncture Point Massage Plus Moxibustion Box Moxibustion + Per cutem Combined Conventional Nursing Stroke Limb Dysfunction Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective] Observation of acupuncture point massage plus moxibustion box moxibustion + per cutem joint effect of conventional nursing stroke limb disorders.[Method]Using random parallel control method,84 cases of hospitalized patients in hospital,tail number of single and double,divided into two groups.Control group of 42 cases of routine nursing mode:①keep the limb function position,according to the good limb position put.②the passive movement of the early and later period of active movement.③understanding the patients psychological dynamics,according to the psychological characteristics of patients,and standardization of psychological counseling,better tailored to questions asked by the analysis and explanation of the patients,meet the psychological needs of patients.The treatment group of 42 cases with TCM nursing routine nursing specification:①according to the control group and standardized nursing care mode.②limb acupuncture point massage,including shoulder,elbow,means,hip,knee,ankle flexion,extension,adduction,spin,lifts and other activities.Find three mile in front of the shoulder,hand,li 11,valley,blood,gb 34,foot three mile,st 41,lr 3 hole,press 2 min/hole,then use knead method,a finger zen,pushing method for limb massage to invigorate the hydrophobic t2dm,luck,slow spasm,pain,1 / d,20 min/time.③moxibustion 1 / d,mainly before the shoulder,blood,foot three mile,yongquan point,using moxibustion moxibustion box,to flush.④select the appropriate position according to the condition and the operation requirements and the specifications of the tank to tank,tank,fully exposed should unplug,evenly apply vaseline,have hair should be cut off.Tank's technique,light,fast,stable,accurate,pay attention to ask patients feel,the local and systemic response was observed,with skin ruddy,congestion or blood stasis for degrees,once a day.Both groups of continuous treatment for 3 months for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,myodynamia score,limb function and life ability,adverse reactions.Treatment of one period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results] Treatment group cure 8 cases,25 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 95.20%.The control group,3 were cured,17 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 81.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion] TCM nursing combined conventional nursing specification stroke physical barrier effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
