The invention relates to a thermal electricity arrangement for use in a cooling system (4, 6) of a motor vehicle with a thermocouple (8) (a first heat-emitting thermocouple (10), a second heat-absorbing thermocouple (12) and a current-carrying conductor element 14), wherein the first thermocouple (10) in at least one cooling circuit (16, 18, 20) and the second thermocouple (12) is arranged in at least one heating circuit (48), at least two cooling circuits (16, 18, 20) are provided, wherein a first connecting line (22) is provided, in which the first thermocouple (10) is arranged and the via valve arrangements (24, 26; 28, 30; 32, 34) input and output sides of the first thermocouple of each with the cooling circuits (16, 18, 20) is fluidically connected. Furthermore, there is described a cooling system having such a thermal electricity arrangement.
