Bai viết phân tich qua trinh xây dựng thể chếtrong lĩnh vực nay, xuất phat từ quan điểm chỉ đạo của Nha nước cho tới việc hoan thiện hệ thốngphap luật. Ngay duyệt đăng: 02/04/2016.AbstractLabor market is one of the most important factors for the economic growth and the pace ofdevelopment of a country.This paper examines the labor market institutions in Vietnam for the periodfrom the early 1990s to date, focusing on the subjects on the labor market, especially labor relation.The paper analyzes the process of institutional development in this field, from the viewpoints of theState to thecompletion of the legal system. Besides, the paper also points out the limitations of labormarket institutions in Vietnam andtheir reasons and possible solutions.Finally, thisstudy examinesthe opportunities and challenges for Vietnam when the countrysigned the Trans-Pacific PartnershipAgreement (TPP) and gives some ideas to answer the question how to implementthe commitment ofthe Agreement successfully.Key words: labour relations, institutions, labour market, TPP.Paper No. 213.
