Disclosed is a gas sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. Wherein the base has a recessed portion and a side opposite to the three leads, bent leads middle recessed portion, the recessed portion is bent toward the other lead. The center electrode is mounted in the sensor body and the lead portion of the recess middle bottom electrode serves as a heater mounted on the lead in the small base of the sensor body using four-point support.
