The present invention discloses a process grade phosphate rock flotation tailings to reduce, particularly the first step is grinding minerals and mineral grading of grinding, classifying the resulting products to return the coarse fraction than the mill and then grinding, classification the fine fraction obtained than the product into the flotation step is performed reverse flotation operation; froth flotation tailings as a final product, the product was classified flotation tank; classifying the coarse fraction obtained than as an intermediate product and then grinding mill return, operation forms a closed, classifying the resulting products as compared with the fine fraction final concentrate product. Process present high magnesium phosphate rock, resulting in ≤0.8% MgO qualified grade phosphate concentrate while the concentrate recovery rate of 1% -3%, P2O5 grade tailings reduced by 1% -2%. This process can get a stable phosphate rock flotation of technical and economic indicators improve the phosphate rock resource utilization and reduce the energy consumption of the entire flotation plant drug consumption, improving the economic and social benefits of flotation plant, with a wide industrial promotional value.
