Comparative Study on Fuzzy Based Linearization Technique Between MATLAB and LABVIEW Platform

Continuous level measurement using admittance method is a challenging task because of the high cross sensitivity of TDS and temperature of the liquid in level measurement. No level measuring instrument are available based on admittance measurement method. The error due to cross sensitivity can be eliminated using fuzzy based linearizer. In the present study, two approaches were made, i.e., fuzzy based linearizer using Matlab as well as Labview platform. Two developed methods were compared statistically. The simulated result from Matlab is co-related with the real-time analysis made in Labview Platform and found a good match. Therefore the fuzzy-based linearizer can be applicable in real-time measurement of water level using admittance method.
