Cement manufacturing method

The invention provides a cement manufacturing method, which can maintain the P2O5 content of cement clinker within a specified range even if the P2O5 content in cement raw materials is changed. According to the cement manufacturing method, in a cement kiln (1) with an internal high temperature atmosphere of more than 1400 DEG C maintained by a main combustor (5) disposed at a kiln front (4), cement raw materials are fed inside the kiln from a kiln tail (2), move to the kiln front (4), and are sintered to manufacture cement clinker; dry sludge with a compensation amount of the changing amount of the P2O5 content in the cement raw materials or the changing amount of the P2O5 content in the manufactured cement clinker is fed into the cement kiln (1); and therefore the P2O5 content of the cement clinker is controlled to be within a range of 0.3-1.0 wt%.
