El análisis financiero y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones de la Asociación Club Central en la ciudad de Trujillo año 2016

The present research work has the purpose of analyzing the Financial Statements of the Central Club Association of Trujillo for the periods 2015 and 2016, since the Financial Analysis is not adequately applied, therefore the relevant information that this tool gives us is not used. the best decision making and face the deficiencies that are being presented as the reduction of its surplus being the object of the present study is to demonstrate that it is necessary the application of the financial analysis for an efficient development in the economic and financial management, the best making decisions as well as proposing strategies comparing the planned performance against the achieved by facilitating corrective actions to get to continue to maintain a good quality service to the partner at the same time getting to meet their objectives surviving in time. Applying the analysis thus provides a useful framework to address and solve the problems it has in place to develop and grow using rational economic and financial resources to satisfy partners and strengthen its image as an exclusive institution, especially aiming to improve financial management and economic It is concluded that with the application of financial analysis in the Club Central it is possible to demonstrate that it has a significant impact on the best decision making and takes care of the financial situation by improving its financial management to achieve its objectives in the short, medium and long term, in addition to the implementation new policies.
