Development and refinement of a wellbeing measurement tool in the community services sector

Aim: The research aimed to discover if a quantitative measurement of Subjective Wellbeing could be used as an outcome measure for service delivery, and could this measurement be able to show direct links to the efficacy of service provision. Outcomes: The pilot project showed evidence of quantitatively measured changes in subjective wellbeing over the course of the program, however the linking of wellbeing and the service delivery outcome was not fully supported. Evidence of effectiveness of the service program, however this was not linked to the actual program efficiency.
