Control System of Suspended Hoisting Gravity-free Unloading Device

Gravity-free unloading is a prerequisite for solar wing expansion test. In this paper, control system is designed for suspended, plant-overhead, stretchable and hoisting gravity-free unloading device. Firstly, an introduction is given to elements and function indicators of mechanical system of unloading device. Secondly, overall scheme design and principle of unloading device control system is expounded with respect to function indicators. Hoisting is fulfilled by means of open-loop control and fine levelness adjustment by closed-loop control. Thirdly, model of hardware of control system is selected to an extent that requirements for function indicators can be met. Fourthly, working process of control system is planned, and method for reliability design is given. This can provide reference for control system design of other types of devices.
