The invention relates to a glass out-of-furnace forming system and a forming method thereof. The glass out-of-furnace forming system comprises a forming die, and the forming die comprises a male die body and a female die body. The male die body is provided with a male die main body and a male die moulding surface located on the male die main body. The female die body is provided with a female die main body and a female die moulding surface located on the female die main body. The male die moulding surface and the female die moulding surface make contact with the two sides of glass respectively. The system further comprises a preheating furnace used for preheating the glass, a cooling device used for cooling the formed glass, and a roller bed used for conveying the glass to the preheating furnace, the forming die and the cooling device in sequence. The male die moulding surface of the male die body has the protruding amount larger than glass forming deformation amount.
