Common Disputes in Hematology Department and Corresponding Prevention Measures

Objective: To discuss potential disputes existing in hematology department and take effective prevention measures to ensure patient safety and prevent nursing disputes.Methods: To implement process management of patient hospitalization and develop and implement prevention measures according to the characteristics of patients with hematologic diseases and vulnerable loopholes in the hematology department.Results: The prevention measures successfully prevented disputes caused by accidental falling,suicide,blood transfusion,consumption of external drugs and disobeying doctors' advice.Conclusion: Enhancing safety management in the hematology department could effectively eliminate potential nursing disputes and provide safe,convenient and high-quality medical services to ensure physical and mental health of patients.
