Диагностический и тактический алгоритм при сочетанных травмах живота

A diagnostic and tactic algorithm of an early evaluation and choice of valid treatment of trauma patients were developed. The important role of ultrasound in diagnostics and choice of management in patients with blunt abdominal and retroperitoneal injuries is addressed. The use of proposed diagnostic and curative approaches allowed better outcomes of treatment in patients with combined abdominal trauma.
