The invention relates to a stainless steel honeycomb inclined-tube wave plate forming method for a water treatment sedimentation tank and a forming device. The invention is characterized in that the method comprises wheel rolling width center waves of the forming plate, symmetrically wheel rolling and forming each ripple following the round to two sides; the two sides of unforming is in a free state in forming; and at least more than one waveform are maintained after waveform forming each time. The invention realizes one-time, precise and low-cost forming of the stainless steel honeycomb inclined-tube wave plate for sedimentation, thereby providing a potential that the inclined-tube can be made by using stainless steel thin plates and solving all defects of plastic inclined plates and stainless steel pipe composite inclined pipes. The forming method and device have the advantages of flat sheets after forming, uniform sizes of wave plate forming, good regularity, rapid forming speed and high production efficiency. The honeycomb wave plates without secondary shaping are directly obtained, and the forming method and device are favorable for superposition combination honeycomb inclined pipes.
