The invention discloses an optimization device for an intake pipe of a diesel engine. The layout design of the intake pipe is optimized, so that requirements on the addition of parts of an EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) cooling system are met, and the diesel engine can be matched with more vehicle types. According to the technical scheme, wire harness bracket mounting holes, breather mounting holes, intake pressure and temperature sensor mounting holes, EGR cooler mounting holes, oil pipe bracket mounting holes and exhaust gas cooling water bracket mounting holes are integrally formed in the intake pipe; an EGR valve is arranged above an intake connecting pipe; an air heater is arranged between the intake connecting pipe and the intake pipe; a one-way valve is arranged between the EGR valve and the intake pipe; a gas inlet is formed in the top surface of the intake pipe; the one-way valve is connected with a connecting pipe above the gas inlet; the connecting pipe is connected with the gas inlet; a spoiler is arranged outside the right part of the intake pipe. According to the optimization device, an EGR system is introduced on the basis of no changes in the overall dimension of the engine, and an integrated design is adopted for the intake pipe, so that accessories of the engine are more compactly and reasonably arranged, and an assembly process is simplified.
