Dynamic diffuse optical tomographic imaging of intrinsic hemodynamic features in tumor-bearing breasts can be used to identify parameters that associate with the degree of pathologic response during 5-month neoadjuvant chemotherapy, as early as 2 weeks after treatment initiation.
