Controllable sugarcane photo-thermal degradable mulch film

2012
The invention discloses a controllable sugarcane photo-thermal degradable mulch film, comprising the following ingredients: 98.3-99.77 wt% of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) particles with the brand of DFDA7042, 0.01-0.5 wt% of photosensitizer, 0.1-0.5 wt% of thermal degradation accelerant, and 0.01-0.1 wt% of photodegradation conditioning agent. According to the invention, by introducing the photosensitizer and the thermal degradation accelerant, the problems that the degradable mulch film is difficult to degrade after the mulch film is buried and the degradation induction period is difficult to control are solved, and the growth needs of sugarcane are satisfied; the auxiliary agent used herein is liquid paraffin, the raw materials are subject to blowing on a degradable mulch film blowing machine after being uniformly mixing to form the film, the thickness of the film is 0.004-0.1 mm, the exposed portion is subject to photo-thermal degradation induced by natural lights, the soil covering portion is subject to photo-thermal degradation induced by soil temperature, thus the problem that the photo-thermal degradable mulch film is difficult to degrade is overcome. The mulch film degradation induction time is 90-150 days, and the growth needs of sugarcane are satisfied.
