Дослідження аспектів біодеструкції пластику грибком Aspergillus tubingensis

2019
The problem of waste is urgent for the whole world. A separate link that forms a major threat to the environment is plastic products. More and more relevant is the study of the prospects of using various methods of biological degradation of plastic, which is an innovative means of solving the problem of plastic waste. Various methods of plastic biodegradation are analyzed in the work, in particular: destruction by fungus Aspergillus tubingensis, destruction by thermophilic strain Brevibaccillus borstelensis 707, method using intestinal bacteria from moth larvae (Bacillus and Enterobacter), using of larvae Plodia interpunctella, method using bacterial strains of Enterobacter asburiae YT1 and Bacillus sp. YP1, using of wax moth larvae. The prospective method of plastic biodegradation using Aspergillus tubingensis fungus is considered in detail in the article. The aim of researching is to evaluate the possibility of using the method of biodegradation of plastic fungus Aspergillus tubingensis as a way of struggling with plastic waste. Shown the researching of aspects of plastic destruction by the fungus Aspergillus tubingensis, based on a detailed analysis of the methods of various researchers, regarding the use of plastic biodegradation; generalizations of techniques for biodegradation of plastic by the fungus Aspergillus tubingensis (based on experiments described in the literature and experimentally in the laboratory) and identification of the moments of the technique. The methodology for biodegradation of plastic by fungus Aspergillus tubingensis was summarized by authors of article. Experiments was started to growing Aspergillus tubingensis and use polyethylene as a nutrient medium in the laboratory, and outlined the prospects for further researches to determine the optimal plastic destruction parameters by fungus Aspergillus tubingensis.
