The device comprises a waveguide, the waveguide is an arc-shaped groove, the cross section of the waveguide is rectangular, the width of the waveguide is 25 cm, the height of the waveguide is 12 cm, an upper supporting frame and a lower supporting frame are arranged on a top plate and a bottom plate in the waveguide respectively, the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame are also arc-shaped blocks the same as the bending direction of the waveguide, the thickness of the positions, close to a microwave inlet of the waveguide, of the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame is smaller than that of the positions, close to a microwave outlet of the waveguide, of the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame, a mould is arranged in an arc-shaped cavity between the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame, the mould is also an arc-shaped block the same as the bending direction of the waveguide, a to-be-machined material cavity the same as the bending radian of the waveguide is arranged in the mould, and arc-shaped wave guide blocks are arranged on the two end faces of the mould respectively. The device can effectively solve the microwave energy attenuation problem of a traditional device, and meanwhile the device is suitable for manufacturing the arc-shaped component.
