For the restriction of conditions, the retrofit ting or reinforcing always processed under initially load, but this initially lo ad can influence the property of the retrofitted beam. Based on the computer ana lysis, the influence factors of RC beams strengthened with externally bonded car bon fiber reinforced sheet are searched and analyzed.
