Development of HF power source for the calibration of electrosurgical analyzer

According to the demands of the calibration of high-frequency power of electrosurgical analyzer, we developed a power source. It could output sinusoidal wave with the frequency of 100 kHz to 1 MHz, the maximum power of 200 to 400 W and the stability of 0.2 %/3 minutes. It satisfied the high frequency power tracing requirement of electrosurgical analyzer, and also could be used for calibrating the power of other high-frequency instruments.
