Partial cross sections for multipion photoproduction off deuterons at energies up to 5 GeV

Abstract The 85 cm deuterium bubble chamber at DESY has been exposed to a tagged bremsstrahlung beam with maximum energy of 5.5 GeV. Reactions with one neutral particle in the final state could be separated from those with more than one neutral particle. Cross sections for several multipion photoproduction channels off deuterons are presented.
