The utility model provides a steam distributing valve with the capability of ball injection for twice. The steam distributing valve comprises a tubular valve body, an upper connector used for connecting an upper pipe section, a body and a lower connector used for connecting a lower pipe section are connected to the valve body from top to bottom in sequence, an upper steam injection port and a lower steam injection port are formed in the side wall of the body of the valve body, two ball valve sliding sleeves are sleeved in a cylindrical cavity of the valve body in a sliding way, each ball valve sliding sleeve is fixed in the valve body through a shear pin, and the two ball valve sliding sleeves are respectively used for sealing the two steam injection ports. During the pressurizing process, under the situation that the primary ball valve sliding sleeve (namely the ball valve sliding sleeve at the lower part) is locked with the valve body, the secondary ball valve sliding sleeve can be pressurized. The steam injection to the appointed heavy oil stratum can be performed as long as one of the two ball valve sliding sleeves is pressurized successfully. Therefore the steam distributing valve has the advantage of greatly lowering the failure probability of pressurizing of a slide valve. The steam distributing valve also has the advantages of effective control of construction cost, high efficiency of steam injection and obvious yield-increasing effect due to the fact a high-power cement truck does not need to be used for pressurizing forcedly.
