Flow chamber with Zellleiteinrichtung

2009
Flow-through chamber for a flow cytometer which having from one magnetically-labeled cells (20) medium (70) can flow, with - at least one of an inner surface (12) of the flow chamber (10) positioned sensor (60) for cell detection, - a magnetic Zellleiteinrichtung (120), seen in the flow direction (130) positioned in front of the sensor (60) and is arranged and constructed such that they have the flowing magnetically labeled cells (20) through the sensor leads (60) in which - the Zellleiteinrichtung (120) on the inner surface (12) of the flow chamber (10) is arranged and a number n with n ≥ 1 of magnetic and substantially aligned parallel to the flow direction of the river strips (121-128), wherein - the number n of flow strips (121-128) corresponds to the number of sensors (60), wherein - in each case a flow strips (121-128) is assigned a sensor (60), wherein - a flow of a strip (121-128) guided magnetically-labeled cell (20) via the associated sensor (60) is derivable, wherein - a single, wide flow strip (124) is seen in the flow direction (130) divided into a plurality of narrower, substantially parallel partial flow strip (124 / 1-124 / 4), where the number of the partial flow strip (124 / 1-124 / 4) of the corresponds to the number of sensors (60).
