It is evident that an increase of population is taking place with trend to age and for a company in whose structure will consolidate the abundant presence of major persons. For this motive, strategies have to be looked for the improvement of the well-being and of the quality of life of this sector of population. To carry out investigations in the matter, it is necessary to check that it is studied concerning the subject matter that is wanted to study. Therefore, this communication appears as a theoretical review of the most important works in relation to the subject matter that one presents in this work based on the importance of the active aging and the occupation as source of health and quality of life.
