Determination of the content of hesperidin in Jianpibushen Granules with HPLC

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of hesperidin in Jianpibushen Granules,so as to control the quality of this preparation.Methods The column was C18. The mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61).The detection wavelength was 283nm.Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of hesperidin and absorption area value in range of 0.631～3.155μg,γ=0.9999.The average recovery was 98.19%(n=5) with RSD1.63%(n=5).Conclusion The method is highly repeatable and accurate.
