A Compared Study on the Soft Power of Winter Sports of China and the South Korea

Compared with the hard power such as sports performance,gold medal,output value,the soft power like value viewpoint of sports,attraction of sports culture,discourse right of sports development is increasingly becoming an important index in building the sport power.The article exams the soft power of winter sports of China and the South Korea with documents and field investigation.Because of the differences in mechanism and value viewpoint,the soft power of China's winter sports obviously lags behind the South Korea through comparing several important indexes such as inspiration of the winter sports culture.The rising of the soft power of China's winter sports should begin with the reform of developing pattern of winter sports.We should build up the people-oriented value viewpoint of sports,and let more people easily approach the winter sports.
