Clinical application effects of vitro vibration expectoration analyzer in elderly patients with COPD

Objective To observe the clinical application of vitro vibration expectoration analyzer in the elderly patients with COPD,so as to research and discuss its clinical application effects. Methods 40 cases of elderly COPD patients were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.20 cases of experimental group were given inhalation therapy and vitro vibration expectoration.20 cases of control group were given inhalation therapy and artificial percussion methods to help patients cough expectoration.Sputum volume within 5 hours,SPO2after 1 week in case of no oxygen and the expectoration effect were compared. Results The expectorations of 1,2,3,4,5hours of experimental group were significantly increased,SPO2after 1 week in case of no oxygen of experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the expectoration effect of experimental group was superior to the control group,with significant difference in these two groups.Conclusion The vitro vibration expectoration is better than the artificial percussion methods to help patients cough expectoration,which can improve the nursing quality,patient satisfaction,while reducing medical personnel physical exertion.
