The invention discloses a pipeline-type coalescence-separation synchronization oil-water separator. The oil-water separator comprises a separator main body, a coalescence core and an oil collector, wherein the coalescence core is arranged in the separator main body, an oil collection port is formed in a part, corresponding to the coalescence core, of the upper side of the separator main body, the oil collector is connected to the oil collection port through a pipe section, a water inlet pipe is arranged at the front end of the separator main body, a water inlet pump is connected to the water inlet pipe, and a water outlet pipe is connected to the back end of the separator main body. The pipeline-type coalescence-separation synchronization oil-water separator has the advantages that the synchronization of coalescence and separation is realized by the improvement of a fiber filling manner, the restriction of a too slow oil-water separation process is eliminated, the structure of the separator is simplified, the occupied area is reduced, and the separator has great value for the recycling of oily wastewater with low concentration. The separator can realize the effective treatment of wastewater with oil concentration of about 10mg/L to 20mg/L, the removal rate is above 95%, the oil concentration of yielding water is below 0.5mg/L, and thus the yielding water completely reaches the recycling standard.
