Экспериментальное моделирование ишемических очаговых повреждений головного мозга венозного характера

The approach data of creating the modeling of focal brain ischemia caused by disturbance of venous blood flow is presented in work. Crossing of top sagittal sinus in middle third with the subsequent coagulation of cortical veins of brain in parietotemporal area conducts to occurrence of rasping diffusive wet brain and formation of the expressed focal neurologic disorders at the animal. It is supposed that the given original experimental model sufficiently reflects the changes that are occurring in brain of the person with disturbances of venous blood flow. In further it can be used for studying of pathogenesis and efficiency of therapeutic methods of the given pathology.
