Determination of Mo and Se in infant formula milk powder by microwave acid digestion ICP-MS

Study the method which determine the infant formula milk powder selenium and molybdenum by microwave digestion-ICP-MS.Standard solution preparation adding 1% methanol,microwave digestion process to join 0.5 mL 5 mg/L Ni and Te solution as internal standard,during the process of determining using NH3 eliminate matrix interference.The sample microwave digestion-icp-ms method to determine the infant formula milk powder se and mo,relative standard deviation are 1.4%~2.1% and 0.3%~1.0%,the method can achieve detection limit for 3 μ g/kg and 1 μ g/kg;Recovery between 99% and 102%.This method has good precision and accuracy,digestion thoroughly,and less reagents,blank low,improve the method of detection limit.
