Análisis de los factores que determinan el éxito en el proyecto "TRASVASES"

The success of a project is a goal highly sought after both by project managers and teams, in which a group of variables and indicators necessarily converge, acting as facilitators to reach the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The objective of this article focuses precisely on determining the factors that lead to success in the management of the ¨Trasvases¨ project, considered the hydraulic work of the century in Cuba. For this, it was necessary to study and analyze the experiences used worldwide in order to measure success in project management, which allowed the construction of a questionnaire that was applied to clients, supervisors, designers and builders involved in this work. As a result, we obtained the dimensions that explain the relationships between the variables used to achieve success in the management of this project and its relation with the internationally acclaimed theoretical and practical conceptions.
