The invention provides a cloud moisture regain monitoring system based on the Internet of Things and a cloud computing platform. The system comprises a data collecting device, the cloud computing platform and a moisture regain detecting device. The data collecting device is used for collecting operating log data, real-time operative condition data of production devices, site environment data and raw material and product quality testing data of management devices of factories, and the data collecting device is used for sending the collected data to the cloud computing platform; the cloud computing platform regards the data collected by the data collecting device as sampling data; and a moisture regain detecting model is generated by adopting the Bayesian network model automatic training algorithm; the moisture regain detecting device sends the site data of the factory which is placed with the moisture regain detecting device to the cloud computing platform; the cloud computing platform identifies the moisture regain model matched with the site data according to the site data sent by the moisture regain detecting device, the moisture regain is calculated, and the moisture regain is sent to the moisture regain detecting device. Real-time monitoring on the moisture regain during the textile production process is achieved, and therefore the product quality of textiles is improved.
