Modelling and experiment of functioning of a solar convective dryer for aromatic plants

This article presents the results of an experimental study of the kinetics of convective drying of green mint in a partial solar dryer. A mathematical simulation model of the functioning of the drying system is elaborated. Then, the numerical model is validated in comparing the simulation results with those of experience.
