The invention discloses a two-stage counter current oxidative pressure leaching method for lead in lead sulfide concentrate with a sulfonic acid solution. According to the method, the sulfonic acid solution is mixed with the lead sulfide concentrate and a surfactant, then the mixture reacts in an autoclave, iron ions are adopted to serve as an oxidation catalyst, and selective leaching of lead is realized with a two-stage counter current leaching method including neutral oxygen pressure leaching and acid oxygen pressure leaching; sulfur in the concentrate is oxidized into element sulfur and remains in slag. A neutral leaching agent is subjected to electrodeposition and metal lead and a waste electrolyte are obtained; the waste electrolyte is used for acid leaching next time or used for preparing a new electrolyte. With the adoption of the method, efficient extraction of the lead is realized, recycling of the leaching liquor and the electrolyte is realized, no waste liquor is produced, and the method meets the requirement for environment protection.
