FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA MEMILIH BEKERJA SEBAGAI TEKNISI AKUNTANSI DI ERA DIGITAL & MASYARAKAT EKONOMI ASEAN (MEA)

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove whether the factors of parents, reference groups, polytechnics, motivation and competence influencing the decision of students choosing to work as an accounting technician. Research by the author is applied research. If seen from the type of research based on research methods is a survey research. When viewed from the level of explanation is an associative research that is research whose purpose is to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research methodology used by the writer is a descriptive method that is a method that describes the research object, then the research object is analyzed and interpreted. The research sample consisted of 240 LP3I Bandung accounting study students from a population of 600. Primary data were obtained through observation, interviews. Three professions that are in great demand by respondents are accounting staff (191); tax officer (175), and certain account staff (152).
