The resistive memory device according to one embodiment of the present technology includes a bottom electrode which is electrically connected to a switching device, a data storage node which is heated by the bottom electrode and includes chalcogen compounds with Se or Te of which their atomic weight is 10 to 60%, and a top electrode which is connected to the data storage node.
