Constat et certificat de décès Report and death certificate
2004
The death certificate is a document which must be completed by the medical practitioner who examines the deceased person and it could be a valuable statistical tool. This approach is to be highly qualified in as much as an external examination of the body is often insufficient to make a valid diagnosis.
