The invention discloses a corundum sand mold for producing fused-cast alumina refractory materials and a production technique thereof. The corundum sand mold is prepared by mainly comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of white corundum with granularity of 3-1mm, 6-7 parts of white corundum with granularity of 1-0.5mm, 12-16 parts of crushed fine materials with granularity of 6-3mm, 12-16 parts of crushed fine materials with granularity of 3-1mm, and 8-16 parts of crushed fine materials with granularity of 1mm. For the corundum sand mold for producing fused-cast alumina refractory materials, the volume density is 2.2-2.3g/cm , the cold compressive strength is 12-15MPa, and the compressive strength is 9.2-9.5MPa under the condition of 1450 DEG C.
